If you require a repeat prescription or food you can request it here. Please type into the "Regarding" box your pet's name, product name, size and quantity of medication or food required. Food orders and repeat prescriptions will take up to 7 days. We can offer a postal or free delivery service. If you are visiting the Practice for an appointment, or to collect food or medications please phone us from the car park to let us know you're here.
Following the recent government advice for tackling the Coronavirus pandemic and to reduce the spread of the virus and to safeguard the public and staff alike, we have unfortunately had to change the way we work. RVCS guidelines also indicate that we need to be avoiding routine procedures including neutering and vaccinations and limit our services to urgent cases only.
To meet these stringent requirements, we have unfortunately had to temporarily close our Skipton and Glusburn sites. This will enable us to extend our services at our Ilkley site to 8am – 7pm, 7 days a week. During this time, individual teams of receptionists, nurses and vets, will be working so you will be able to collect food and prescriptions, be able to book a telephone consultation with a veterinary surgeon and for those cases, where needed, sick and injured animals can be seen. We will also be able to offer 24-hour care to sick and injured animals, along with full hospitalisation facilities including 24-hour nursing care.
Throughout this time, please be assured our dedicated staff will continue to work hard to look after you and the welfare of all your pets.
