Emergency during opening hours

If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call ahead to advise us that you are attending the practice so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.

If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call our Ilkley branch on 01943 817 000.

Your call will be answered by an on-call veterinary surgeon or registered veterinary nurse, who will advise you on how to proceed.

Emergency care, 24/7

We run our own 24-hour emergency service from our Ilkley surgery, which has excellent inpatient and hospitalisation facilities, so you can trust that your pet will be in safe hands.
