Prescriptions

Once your animal’s disease or condition has been assessed, your vet will recommend the most appropriate medicine to treat the ailment. As the owner, you will be fully advised on how to administer the drug with advice on warnings or contraindications.

If your pet is prescribed ongoing medication, we will need to monitor the disease on a regular basis. Depending on what is wrong with your pet, we will have to re-examine them every 3 to 6 months in order for you to obtain repeat prescriptions. You can order your pet’s medication as and when it is required by calling the surgery of your choice. Please allow 24 hours for us to order and prepare your pet’s medication.
